Roasted chickpeas are a great savoury snack when you’re on-the-go or in-between meals. With 7 g of protein and 5 g of fibre per serving, these are a filling and healthy alternative to regular chips. Add them to Trail Mix, salads (like our Kale Caesar Salad), or enjoy on their own!
Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, spices, and oil together.
Spread on baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so until the chickpeas are golden brown.
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Feel free to use your own spice mix or keep it simple with salt and pepper.
