Step 1 

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together well. Divide into four containers or plastic bags. Store in your cupboard.

Step 2 

To make oatmeal, add hot water or milk and let sit for 2 minutes. Top with your favourite toppings like Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and maple syrup.
