This dessert tastes like a peach pie without the crust! Grilled peach halves are a healthy and tasty dessert, that looks impressive, but is easy to make! We love ours topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or your favourite ice cream alternative.
Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C).
Brush peaches lightly with oil, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until soft, with grill marks.
Top each grilled peach half with 1 tablespoon of ice cream or ice cream alternative.
