This twist on ice cream is sure to be a hit all year round. Frozen banana has a creamy ice cream texture and then you add whatever ingredients you like. All of this without any added sugars or fats!
In a food processor, pulse the banana and mango until finely chopped.
Add the vanilla, lime, and 1 tablespoon of the milk. Process until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. The texture will resemble soft serve ice cream.
Enjoy immediately with toppings, or allow to chill in the freezer for a couple hours if it is too soft.
Ice cream is best enjoyed shortly after being made as it will freeze solid if left in the freezer. To make this recipe gluten free, and nut free, choose a gluten free and nut free granola or do not use.
