Mango Lime N-Ice Cream

This twist on ice cream is sure to be a hit all year round. Frozen banana has a creamy ice cream texture and then you add whatever ingredients you like. All of this without any added sugars or fats!

Directions

Step 1 

In a food processor, pulse the banana and mango until finely chopped.

Step 2 

Add the vanilla, lime, and 1 tablespoon of the milk. Process until the mixture is smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. The texture will resemble soft serve ice cream.

Step 3 

Enjoy immediately with toppings, or allow to chill in the freezer for a couple hours if it is too soft.

Tips & variations

  • Ice cream is best enjoyed shortly after being made as it will freeze solid if left in the freezer. To make this recipe gluten free, and nut free, choose a gluten free and nut free granola or do not use.
