In a mason jar, bowl, or glass, mash banana. Mix in oats, milk, and cinnamon. Add maple syrup if using.
Add yogurt and blackberries on top. Cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
You can enjoy your overnight oats cold, or heat in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.
