This refreshing dip is made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, and lemon juice. It goes great on pitas, falafels, or as a dip for veggies. Once you master this quick and easy recipe you might never go back for store-bought tzatziki again!
Grate the cucumber. Drain water from cucumber by taking handfuls and squeezing over the sink to remove as much water as possible. Add to a bowl.
Add yogurt, lemon, garlic, dill to cucumber and mix until combined. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve with cut up vegetables.
