Do you eat with your eyes? Many people are attracted to foods because of the colour and the way food looks. This roll really is a rainbow of colour. Different coloured vegetables have different nutrients so you are getting a bit of everything! Stylize it to suit your budget and your taste buds.

Step 1 

Lay tortilla flat on a plate. Spread tzatziki and hummus all over the tortilla, leaving a 1 inch border.

Step 2 

Place some lettuce on top of the hummus.

Step 3 

Add cucumber, carrot, and pepper on top of the lettuce.

Step 4 

Starting at one end, roll each tortilla tightly.

Step 5 

To help seal the tortilla, spread a small amount of hummus on the edge before completing the roll to help it stick.

Step 6 

Cut into pieces or enjoy as a wrap!
