You might be familiar with these little green beans served as appetizers in some restaurants, but edamame is also really simple to make at home! Because of their plain taste you can season them with just about anything. Use lemon instead of lime, or sprinkle some chili powder for extra heat.
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook edamame for 3 minutes.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Pat dry, add lime zest, lime juice, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix and enjoy!
