Make a bunch ahead of time and enjoy all week long, or freeze so you have them stocked whenever you need a filling snack or breakfast.

Directions

Step 1 

Mash banana in a mug. Add egg, and mix until combined.

Step 2 

Add oats, cinnamon, vanilla, apples, and walnuts. Mix.

Step 3 

Microwave mug for 2 to 3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before removing from mug by shaking the cup and flipping upside down.

Step 4 

Enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Tips & Variations

  • To make this recipe gluten free, make sure you are using gluten free rolled oats.

  • To make this recipe nut free, do not add nuts.

  • This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the fridge in an airtight container, or frozen. Double or triple the recipe and make a bunch to save for later!
