These banana ghosts may be more cute than spooky, but it’s still a fun and easy way to get in the spirit of Halloween. They’re a sweet treat with a little extra protein from the yogurt, which makes for a satisfying afternoon snack!
Peel the bananas and cut in half. Place in a container and freeze until solid (about 2 to 4 hours or overnight).
Combine the yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla in a tall, narrow glass.
Remove the bananas from the freezer and dip into the yogurt mixture until covered. Place 2 chocolate chips at the top for the eyes.
Place the banana ghost back into the container in the freezer to harden (about 20 minutes).
Repeat with remaining bananas.
Store in the freezer. If the bananas are too hard when they come out of the freezer, let them sit at room temperature for about 5 to 10 minutes to soften before eating.
