Turn apple on its side and slice into 5 pieces.
Using a knife or the apple corer, remove the center of each circle.
Spread almond butter on one side of each of the slices and sprinkle coconut and granola on top.
To make this recipe nut free, use a seed butter such as sunflower seed butter.
