This yogurt parfait is easy to whip up and looks even more impressive when assembled. Look for plain yogurt so you can adjust the sweetness yourself with fruit (most flavoured yogurts have a lot of sugar added). You can also choose ones that have more protein like Greek yogurt and Skyr.

Directions

Step 1 

In a glass cup or Mason jar, layer in half of Greek Yogurt.

Step 2 

Add half of strawberries, and half of granola.

Step 3 

Top with rest of yogurt, strawberries, and granola.

Tips & Variations

  • You can make this ahead of time or enjoy right away as a breakfast or snack!

  • To make this recipe gluten or nut free, choose a granola that is gluten free and contains no nuts.

  • Thaw frozen strawberries to make an even more delicious parfait! When they are thawed, they make their own syrup, making this parfait even better!
