When you roast cauliflower in the oven with high heat, it caramelizes and has a delicious flavour!
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line with aluminum foil.
Spread cauliflower on a large baking sheet in an even layer.
Drizzle oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan on top of cauliflower and toss to combine.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cauliflower is golden.
Serve with your favourite hot sauce as a dip for a snack, or as a side for dinner.
To make this recipe dairy free, omit the Parmesan cheese.
