Cookies made healthier with rolled oats and bananas! These cookies will be your new favourite treat. The only sweetness comes from bananas and a bit of chocolate!
Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the oil, honey, salt, and oats. Mix until combined.
Let mixture rest on the counter for 10 minutes so the oats can absorb moisture.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool.
