Adding veggies to baked desserts is not a new trend. It helps add moisture to baked goods, as well as lots vitamins and minerals. Bonus: you can’t actually taste it! We think that’s a win-win!
Mash banana in a mug. Add the egg, and mix until combined.
Add oats, zucchini, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Mix.
Microwave mug for 2 to 3 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the mug. Shake it in the cup to loosen, and turn it upside down. Allow to cool.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
