Mango Mousse Pudding

This mango mousse (or mango pudding) is a treat that not only tastes fantastic, but is also good for you! With yogurt for protein, and mango for sweetness, it will be your new favourite dessert. You could even enjoy it for breakfast!

Directions

Step 1 

In a small bowl or saucepan, add the gelatine to the water. Make sure the gelatine is completely moistened, and let sit for 5 minutes so it can hydrate.

Step 2 

Heat the gelatine mixture in a microwave or on the stove until the gelatine has dissolved.

Step 3 

In a blender, puree the mangos until smooth. Add the maple syrup, yogurt, and gelatine mixture. Blend until well combined.

Step 4 

Pour the mango mousse into your glasses (about ½ cup in each glass). Let set in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 5 

Garnish your mango mousse with fresh berries and enjoy!
